| BBL Cup Final Day is one of the biggest in the British basketball calendar,
and there is the possibility of glory for the BiG Storage Cheshire Jets as
Richard Murphy is representing the club in the Molten Three-Point Shootout
on the day.
Taking place at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham, the main event sees
the Marshall MK Lions and Newcastle Eagles clash with the coveted BBL Cup on
the line.
The Molten Three-Point Shootout precedes the big game and will pit the
league's finest long-range shooters against one another in an elimination
event to decide who is the BBL's no.1 marksman.Players from around the league will take 25 shots from beyond the arc over
two rounds of competition, with the winner receiving the unique trophy and
prize money.
Richard Murphy is representing your club and needs your support as he
strives to be crowned BBL Three-Point Shootout Champion. The 29-year-old guard, and Merseyside native, is averaging 38.6% accuracy
from three-point land this season and a fantastic 38.9% over his BBL career.
Come and support Richard as he attempts to shoot the lights out at the
National Indoor Arena in pursuit of one of the biggest individual prizes in
basketball.

are being flown in from Slovenia especially to perform their acrobatic
dunking routines for a British audience; the BBL's cheerleaders and mascots
will intersperse the on-court action; and the Birmingham Panthers will meet
the Worcester Wolves in a crucial Midlands derby.
